You can expect:  I share information on upcoming and past events, as well as trends in the field of coaching and intercultural development.

Frequency: Infrequent and irregular - roughly 4 times a year

We use MailChimp: The newsletter is sent with Mail Chimp, where I have stored Email addresses and additional information on distribution and analysis of the newsletter.

Double opt-in and opt-out: You will receive a Double Opt-in email in which you will be asked to confirm your subscription.  You can unsubscribe at any time (opt-out). An un-subscribe link is included in the footer of every newsletter.

Statistics:  I may look into opening rates and click rates of the newsletter to optimize offerings.
